Thousands of sailors, civilian workers, dependents, Marines, JMSDF, and Japanese customers have graced his business and blessed him with their patronage and a lifetime of friendship.  For those of us who have had the good fortune of frequenting Casablanca over the years, we have had the pleasure of meeting and cultivating a friendship with a man I can only sum up to be the consummate Japanese gentleman.  Charlie (aka Masahiro Takatsuki) has owned and operated a Casablanca in Yokosuka for several decades now, providing a warm comfortable get-away for weary travelers and local denizens.
